At Fido's Trails, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that our shipping times are estimates and can vary based on your location and the time of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (UK):

    • Delivery Time: 24hr Tracked
    • Rate: £5.99 (Free on orders over £50)
  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on destination

3. Pre-Orders

For items available for pre-order, please note that your order will be shipped once the product is in stock. We will provide an estimated shipping date on the product page. You will receive a notification once your item has been shipped.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. During peak times or sales events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. Pre-order items will be processed as soon as they are in stock.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations in the UK and selected international destinations. If your location is not supported, please contact our customer service for assistance.
